Nathan Mangune
Earl Nathaniel S. Mangune first discovered his profound love for music in 2014, during high school. Inspired by the sound of the school choir, he felt an immediate desire to take part in the creation of such meaningful music. This inspiration soon led him to form his own male choir composed of fellow altar servers, aptly named the Altar Voices. Even at a young age, Nathan showcased remarkable talent as a bass singer, performing both with his school choir and his newly founded ensemble.
His growing passion led him to dream of joining the world-renowned Philippine Madrigal Singers—a goal that pushed him to develop his skills throughout junior and senior high school and eventually pursue music professionally.
In 2019, Nathan joined the Kilyawan Male Choir under Mark Anthony Carpio, gaining vital experience in advanced choral performance. He began formal voice studies at the University of the Philippines College of Music in 2020.
The following year, in 2021, Earl fulfilled the dream that once fueled his early passion for singing: he became a bass member of the prestigious Philippine Madrigal Singers, where he continues to lend his voice and artistry to the ensemble’s celebrated legacy.
Today, he stands as a dedicated and evolving artist, shaped by passion and a deep love for the choral tradition. His music isn’t just sound—it’s a commitment to uncovering the full depth of his art and sharing it with the world.
